*Please note, signatures will not be gained for rural addresses. Parcels will be left onsite as normal mail is.

 

Faulty Items
Faulty items are refunded or exchanged on approval from the manufacturer and where possible, a replacement will be sent pending approval from the manufacturer. 

Returns and Exchanges
There is nothing worse than ordering something online that isn't what you expected it to be. We promise to provide you with an honest and true representation of all the items we sell, in the odd case you want to return the items we provide a 10-day return policy which includes exchange or store credit from receipt date for full priced purchases.

However, the following conditions apply:

  • You must send goods back to us via a traceable method
  • You must cover the return shipping costs
  • CBR do not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us - hence why we insist on a traceable method
  • Due to hygiene reasons we can not return or exchange swimwear, underwear or earrings unless otherwise faulty
  • CBR will raise a credit note or exchange the item for another item only once the item has been returned and accepted. No refunds will be given unless an item is deemed faulty in which case a repair may take place or a new item issued. If you have received FREE SHIPPING the shipping cost will be DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT.
  • All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, unused/unworn and with all original tags and receipts. We cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
Please choose carefully when purchasing SALE ITEMS, as NO credits, refunds or exchanges will be given on sale goods or goods purchased on a credit note.

 

How to Return and Exchange Items
Returned items are at your own cost via a track and trace method. CBR will not reimburse for postage costs.

If you wish to exchange/return please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at coastboardriding@xtra.co.nz to let us know you are returning items
  2. Send the items to us via a traceable method, e.g. track and trace courier
  3. After accepting the item, CBR will raise a credit, exchange or refund you (please note that refunds will only be processed if the item is faulty).
  4. Please note if you return a product that had free shipping on our website the shipping cost fee will be DEDUCTED from your refund or credit.

Please ensure you have read and met the above conditions before requesting an exchange/return.
